Ingredients Of Beguni
  • 1 Cup Besan
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 Nos Green Chillies
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Khus Khus
  • How to Make Beguni
    1.In a bowl, whisk together besan, turmeric powder and salt to combine.
  • For Frying:
  • 1 Cup Mustard Oil5- 6 Brinjal, slicedAdd ginger paste and green chillies. Mix well.Pour required quantity of water and whisk the batter until smooth and thick.
