Debutant Prithvi Shaw created a history on the first day of the ongoing Rajkot Test against West Indies as he became the youngest Indian to score a half-century on debut. The teenager reached the milestone on his 56th ball with a single off Roston Chase. He looks set for a big knock and the key for him will be to bat the same way he has batted till now. In his innings so far, he hasn’t looked in any sort of difficulty.
He has played almost each and every shot written in the coaching manual, not allowing the bowlers to dominate him. He has played balls on their merit till now, moving his feet as per the demand. The right-handed batsman has shown positive intent and looks to be comfortable while facing both pace and spin.
